Sky Militere is a dedicated theatre professional, educator, director, vocal coach, and creative leader whose career has grown alongside the Dramatic Theatre Company. Beginning their journey with Dramatic Theatre, Sky quickly became an integral part of the organization, developing experience across many areas of theatre production and company operations. Their dedication, creativity, and passion for the performing arts have helped them grow from an emerging theatre artist into the company’s General Manager, where they play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations and continued growth of Dramatic Theatre.

Over the years, Sky has expanded their work beyond administration and production, taking on opportunities to direct theatrical productions and develop their skills as a creative leader and educator. They are also a strong and passionate vocal coach, helping performers develop their vocal technique, confidence, musicality, and ability to connect with an audience. Their experience working within the company has given them a unique understanding of what it takes to bring a production from an initial idea to the stage, while their work with performers has allowed them to help artists discover and strengthen their own voices.

Today, Sky continues to grow their role within Dramatic Theatre as both General Manager and an instructor with the Dramatic Theatre School. Passionate about helping others discover their potential, Sky is excited to share the knowledge and experience they have gained throughout their journey with the next generation of performers. Their story is a reflection of what Dramatic Theatre is all about: creating opportunities for artists to begin, grow, lead, and ultimately give back to the community that helped them find their place in theatre.
