Located on the 4th floor of 290 McDermot Avenue.
Venue Box Office:
60 minutes prior to the performance and 15 minutes post performance.
WE WOULD LIKE TO REMIND OUR PATRONS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL:
All ticket purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued except in the event of a show cancellation.
TICKET EXCHANGE / REFUND:
Ticket exchanges or refunds will only be permitted if a show has been canceled.
RUSH TICKETS:
A limited number of rush tickets may be available for purchase at the door prior to select performances. Rush tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and availability is not guaranteed. All shows are rush seating - arrive early!
SCENTS & ALERGIES:
Patrons have expressed concerns about concerns regarding medical reactions caused by scented products, so much so that they can’t enjoy a show. Please consider this before arriving at the performance.
RECORDING THE PERFORMANCE:
Recording or taking photographs during a Dramatic Theatre performance is strictly forbidden.
THEATRE LOCATION:
Please consult the show listing to ensure you know where the performance is taking place.
GROUP TICKETS:
Groups of 10 or more are to contact group sales before ordering tickets.
WHEELCHAIR SEATING:
Is available, but only available with advance ticket sale reservations made via telephone only.
